EZ-gro 5/12/26 is a premium fertilizer that when used in conjunction with EZ-gro Calcium Nitrate (15% Nitrogen & 19% Calcium) will formulate a complete hydroponic fertilizer solution. Our liquid 5-12-26 is both easy to mix and easy to use. Simply mix 1 oz (2 Tbsp) in one gallon of water to achieve 50ppm. This rate is typically used in combination with EZ-gro Liquid Calcium Nitrate at the rate of 1 oz (2 TBSP) in the same gallon of water. Giving a total of 150ppm of Nitrogen, 116ppm Calcium and 60ppm of Magnesium.
